My work experience spans 30 years in accounting and bookkeeping roles.  Highly proficient in the full cycle of bookkeeping and accounting operations. 
I can offer a range of bookkeeping and accounting skills, such as
- Accounts Payable - encoding/recording of day-to-day transactions of purchases and payments, including preparation of purchase orders, payment vouchers, online payments, aging reports to monitor due accounts of suppliers, posting and closing the accounts,  and preparing monthly purchases and disbursement reports.
- Accounts Receivable - encoding/recording of day-to-day transactions of sales, and collections, including preparation of billing to customers, issuing receipts, aging reports to monitor collectibles accounts and non-payments accounts to be able to follow-up the customers, posting and closing of the accounts, and prepare monthly reports of sales/income and collections.
- General Ledger Accounts - maintain and perform audit trail analysis, research and rapid resolution of discrepancies, and creating adjusting entries
- Maintain inventory items (replenishment and issuance) and prepare inventory reports
- Maintain fixed assets lapsing schedule and reports (acquisition cost, depreciation method, disposal, and net book value)
- Prepare, check, and review  payroll and process disbursement  online
- Manage financial analysis of the monthly performance of revenue  and expenses trend
- Reconciliations (e.g., bank and cash accounts, and credit cards to be able to check unrecorded transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new manual procedures to enhance the workflow of the department
- Manage and maintain the Key Performance Indicator of the department
- Handle Tax assessment and reconciliations
- Prepare VAT/GST/BAS/IAS compliance reports and tax returns 
- Prepare financial statements such as Profit &Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Prepare Budget and Forecast or Projection reports for Business planning.

I am Xero Certified and Payroll Certified, with experience with Australian clients using Xero software.  Full knowledge of Quickbooks, MYOB, and Australian Taxation. 

I am a quick study individual, detail-oriented, hardworking and a good team player. I strive in a positive workplace, and I can work under pressure.
