Profile Description

Recently, I worked as a QA Manager of a third-party US-based inbound call center. I lead the QA team in formulating quality standards in assisting the agents in producing high-quality customer service. I do also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. I am also responsible for dealing with client's concerns and feedback, making sure our employees meet their standards when it comes to process and documentation.

I also have been a project-based Lead Generation Specialist experienced in either manual prospecting or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
My responsibility includes finding leads, prospecting, and qualifying them as potential clients. I do extensive research for their valid email address, contact number, and other information using my manual research skills and tools.

I also worked as an Appointment Setter on an Arizona-based cleaning service. My task includes calling potential clients and arranging appointments with a sales agent.  I am also responsible for keeping potential clients' records and productivity.

Lastly, I also worked as a Shopify Virtual Assistant handling email customer support and other administrative tasks applying basic SEO skills, image editing, and analytical skills.
