I was a Medical Biller/ AR Specialist for over 6 years, from January 2018 to June 2024. I'm knowledgeable about Prompt, Tebra/Kareo, DrChrono, and Greenway Intergy. As a Medical Biller/AR Specialist, I was responsible for the data entry of patients demographics. I check and review EOBs and work on claims that have outstanding balances, denials, etc. I checked claim status on payers portal and call insurance to get more information or details of the claim. I'm also good with Web Research / Data Mining. I worked as a part-time Web Researcher or Data Mining and Data Entry jobs for 8 months. I also worked as a part time Chat Support Representative. I was a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative for 10 years and it taught me how to deal with irate callers. I was an Online English Teacher for Chinese students for 1 year and 3 months. I was a Property Preservation Specialist for 8 months. I speak good English and I'm good at writing too.
