Profile Description

I have professional experienced in Business Process Outsourcing for almost 7 years. Our clients were all US based. I've been engaged on different kind of tasks that enhanced my ability and capacity.
My first job was more on being an email support, resolving issues and queries from the graphic artist to the client and vice versa. I disseminated tasks and works to artists and proofers. Part of my task was to ensure that all shipping dates were met on its deadline.
I’ve done works that were in line with health accounts as well as data analysis and data entry which was related to claims and appeals of the member. I used to monitor some reports using MS Word and Excel to enhance our quality and productivity. I worked specifically on insurance – Policy quoting, Policy Issuance and Policy drafting. I have strong analytical skills.
I am looking for a long term and stable job where I can be an asset to the business I’ll be working with using my skills and knowledge for the growth and success of it.
