Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a registered Psychometrician. I love learning about people and I am after the enhancement of my skills or that of another person's. 

Currently, I am a Certified Professional Coach and Corporate Trainer of a Social Enterprise. I am involved in providing training to improve one's self-confidence by teaching technical skills, soft skills, and life skills. The kind of training I provide is not based on paper or theories. Everything I do during training is based on the needs of my trainees. I have had a lot of training opportunities in either one-on-one or group training. As a trainer, it is also important to have the best lesson plan and the best curriculum. I review the curriculum from time to time and assess if the current training technique and activities I do are still effective or not. 

Together with my role as a Corporate Trainer, I am also a Curriculum Developer/Writer of the same Social Enterprise. This role made me involved in Instructional Design which improved my research, problem-solving, creative, and writing skills. 

Aside from my professional life and skills, I love writing articles and poems during my vacant time as a personal interest. I have also some song compositions because I wanted to hear something different, not heard by many people. I also do this because I wanted to utilize my skills in playing the guitar.

I love working alone but when put into groups, I make sure that I make a good leader. I love trying and learning something new.
