I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration major in marketing management. I have spent the last 16 years working in the call center industry. I've had the opportunity to work on different projects or accounts and on different roles, from customer service, technical support, quality assurance to leadership roles. I have a rich experience in doing inbound calls, outbound cold calling, email support, live chat support, data entry, lead generation or lead mining, project fulfillment, etc. I am always eager to learn new things and develop new skillsets, fast learner, adaptable, proactive, detail and results-oriented, self-motivated and a goal-getter.
