I am a licensed Registered Nurse with extensive experience as a Virtual Healthcare Assistant supporting U.S.-based medical practices. In my virtual roles, I have handled a wide range of clinical and administrative tasks, including prior authorizations, insurance verification, prescription refills, appointment scheduling, chart updates, and various day-to-day practice management responsibilities. I am also trained in live scribing, assisting providers with real-time documentation to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Before transitioning into healthcare, I built a strong 12-year career in the BPO industry, where I developed exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills through multiple roles such as Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Back-Office Associate, Chat Support, and Workforce Real-Time Analyst. This experience taught me how to manage complex tasks, handle high-pressure situations, and deliver outstanding support across different business functions.
In 2022, I further strengthened my clinical foundation by working as a Staff Nurse for six months, allowing me to refresh my nursing competencies and reinforce my understanding of patient care and healthcare operations.
