Additionally, generates and curates compelling content for posting on these accounts to enhance their social media presence.
*Transcriptionist
Produces accurate transcripts of YouTube videos and enhances the content by strategically incorporating elements that drive viewers to our clients' respective landing pages.
*Video Quality Assurance Specialist
Ensures the production of high-quality video content that meets the standards of excellence required for publication on the YouTube platform. This involves meticulous attention to detail, including the implementation of professional-looking text effects, as well as thorough checks to ensure the use of proper grammar. Additionally, performs comprehensive audio and video quality assessments to ensure the absence of any technical issues that may affect the viewer's experience.
*PhoneBot Operator
Utilizes a phonebot system to promptly respond to incoming calls and efficiently process customer orders.
*Community Manager/Moderator
