I have worked in the BPO industry for 3 years and attained the position of Quality Assurance Specialist. My responsibilities included monitoring and evaluating calls based on client-specific criteria, escalating and communicating detailed information about monitored calls to clients and supervisors, and addressing questions from the Operations team regarding Quality Assurance guidelines and policies. Through these experiences, I have developed strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written), and I am capable of analyzing and resolving complex technical issues. I am also able to perform other related duties and assignments as required by my supervisor or manager. Additionally, I worked with a translation company as a Talent Acquisition Assistant for nearly 8 years. In this role, I collaborated with Project Managers to identify staffing needs and developed job specifications, qualifications, and required skills. I also maintained and updated the recruiting database through lead generation and web research. I am hardworking, professional, and capable of working independently with a flexible schedule. I am eager to contribute, always keen to help, and enthusiastic about new challenges!
