Profile Description
I have a strong background as a Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant to an Australian Property Management Real Estate company based in VIC. I process Tenancy Applications, New management authority, Lease Renewals/Offers, Schedule routine inspections in PropertyTree and send out letter notice to Renters (tenants) & Rent Providers (landlords). I am also familiar with Property Management software such as Property Tree, Docusign, Inspect Real Estate/App Tracker, Outlook apps.
As a Virtual Assistant, I also coordinate with Property Managers, Department Managers and Business Development Manager for Rental Department.
I'm looking for full time/part time and long term career growth with a supportive environment.
