For the past ten years, I've worked as a technical support representative / customer service for various BPO firms throughout the Philippines. I worked to provide my technical assistance to the customer, such as troubleshooting the physical connection of their internet, TV, and phone problems. I also did a short MS Excel Advance course and have some experience of Vlookup, If functions, Macro, and Visual Basic. I've done a lot of network troubleshooting, not just with the internet, but also with TV and phone connections. I will work independently and solve problems as they arise. I want to contribute my expertise and support my future employer for the growth of the business, as well as learning and improving my abilities while working.
