Profile Description

I'm well trained in the area of online English teaching. I have done this for the last six years as head instructor and also managed a team of 15 online instructors. I also have vast experience in the area of customer service, having had severe call center training and work experience for three years with one of the well known call centers here in Manila. Aside from that I have also worked as a Marketing Manager handling a team of 10 marketing associates for a uniforms' company. Prior to that I've had experience in advertising and promotions with my main role as casting talents for our company's different advertising campaigns. I have also worked as a Production Researcher, on a project basis for one of the well known news anchors in the country. We were then in charge of monitoring press releases and write ups for certain candidates during the Presidential and Senatorial elections. Overall I think my various experiences in different fields has made me a very well rounded person and has enhanced my ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
