I finished Associate in Computer Technology.

I have 16 years BPO (call center) experience as International Customer Service with Sales, Technical Support, SME, Coach, Aide Accountant, Back office tasks (financial account) and Solar Appointment setter.

- My first BPO was a US-based company operating satellite TV.
- Expert in customer service, Sales (Upsell) and Technical Support
- We cater satellite dish selling dish, different boxes, remotes, cablings and different movies like HBO, Starz, Showtime and a lot more!
- I've been with the company for 8 years

- My second BPO is in financial/banking account with Australian company
- Expert in customer service, Sales (Upsell) and Technical Support
- Handling customer complaints, assists clients by answering their payment and billing inquiries, review and explain charges on their account, walk-thru client on their online banking issues, card replacement, update account details and a lot more.

As part of our job in the office, we usually use Word and Excel file, which is somewhat similar to Google Docs and Sheets. We also have an internal email, so I have an idea of the email etiquette to follow. I have Twitter, Instagram, YouTube channels (only a few subscribers, though). Still, my top most social media account that I usually use Facebook, where I love to read testimonials from different Group chats.

I am perfect for the job because I am a fast learner with less supervision, excellent typing skills, no attendance issue, reliable, hard-working, strong will to learn, flexible, trustworthy, and updated with social media updates. I have mini office, laptop with built in camera and quality noise cancelling headset.
