For 8 years, I have worked in various challenging positions as Technical Support, Customer Service Representative, Customer Insight Consultant and Quality Assurance for Small and Corporate Business Clients in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Objectively, I am looking for a suitable work in a dynamic environment, which will enable me to apply my coordination, technical and administrative skills gained through my academic background and work experience. I am a highly motivated individual with skills of a strong team or a sole player. My work experience has allowed me to hone my proficiency in learning different office tools necessary to undertake the tasks I am given and it also boosted my analytical skills which was very helpful in information analysis and making sound decisions contributing to the success of every project we were given. I am very much confident in learning and accepting new tasks as I'm a very resourceful person and can look for answers by utilizing all available resources minimizing the need for supervision.
