Profile Description

I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost  3 years. I make outbound calls and take inbound calls to set up appointments. I send/make emails/ SMS formats to blast out to new campaigns. I also reply to email inquiries with less to no supervision. I input data into the client's CRM and also to our Google Sheet Trackers. I handle every campaign my client lets me do, from appointment setting, cold calls, sales, customer service, and to being an administrative assistant. 

Before I became a Virtual Assistant, I worked in the Customer Service Industry for 5 years. I've handled customers from the telecommunications industry, particularly on billing and technical support. I have also experienced handling travel accounts, we book, reschedule and up-sell flights. They also trained us on IATA 1, IATA 2, and IATA 3. 

I am highly motivated and keen to learn.
