Profile Description

I have worked for a BPO company for 8 yrs as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I specialize in scoring calls based on the guidelines that the company has set forth. I am also more than capable of giving objective and performance improvement feedback. I also have experience as a QA Lead, it was my task to interview, train and make sure that they are up to par before they get endorsed to a team. 
I have been a Product Specific Trainer/Team Lead for a BPO company for 3 yrs. I have a lot of experience on inside-the-classroom training/production floor dialing as well as handling training for leadership improvement. My attention to detail and time management would be a great advantage when it comes to making sure that all the work that I do will be of great quality and delivered in a timely manner.
