I am proficient in customer service management because I worked as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) for five years in a Telecommunication account. This experience enhances my communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. I also helped insurance agents with servicing tasks such as quoting, renewals, cancellations, commissions, certificates, and endorsements for three years. Aside from that, I am a certified pro advisor in QuickBooks online and Xero. I had intensive bookkeeping training in Creating Estimates & Invoices & Purchase Orders, Recording Bills, Categorization of Expenses, Ageing Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation. I guarantee to use every skill and always make room to learn something new to ensure I accomplish whatever task.
