Profile Description

I have worked as a virtual assistant for employers in Upwork, performing different tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, web research, transcription, Wordpress/Facebook/Twitter site management, Amazon product research and Amazon Store management.
I have worked for more than six years as a customer service representative for global contact centers, a job that requires a strong command of the English language, and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Aside from having a strong command of the English language, I am also a fast learner and can work well with others.
I have relevant computer and internet skills (Microsoft applications, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, social media platforms, CRM, etc.) and can do research.
