I've been working in customer service for a total of 8 years, both as a representative and as a Team Leader/Manager.

Throughout my experience, I have gained expertise in various customer support channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email support, and chat support. I have had the opportunity to work in the commercial industry, specifically with B2B and B2C companies in the ecommerce sector, specializing in workwear and footwear. Additionally, I have also worked in the hospitality industry, particularly in the travel sector, specifically with an airline company.
I am well-versed in using a range of tools to enhance customer service, such as Zendesk, Shopify, Back Office, Ox EMail, Videcom, Canva, as well as Google applications like Sheets, Docs, Hangout, and Gmail. Moreover, I am proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Overall, my extensive customer service experience and familiarity with various tools and industries have equipped me with the skills needed to provide exceptional support and contribute to the success of any team or organization.
