I possess 4 years of experience as a call-center agent and another 4 years as a Virtual Assistant. The nature of my previous account (as Virtual Assistant) performs various administrative tasks, including answering emails, live chats, doing a call back, and mostly, resolving issues with customers which I know would be an advantage in working with you. I am working on a one-stop-shop online home-sharing platform that pairs boomers, retirees, empty nesters, and other older adults with compatible housemates for long-term rent ---------- other words, it is a "Homesharing" ---------- enables homeowners to rent out a room or portion of their home to a qualified housemate (in other words, a renter) of their ---------- is like an alternative AirBnB but in a long-term arrangement.

I also know how to work with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. There are other times my client would ask me to do some projects like Editing Content Management, Research, and Contacts Finding (emails, contact numbers, person, company, etc.) In short, I work all-around.

I have excellent organizational and time management skills, spoken communication skills (be it on Live Chats or Calls), accuracy and attention to detail, a calm and professional m ---------- er, excellent computer and administration skills, and mostly, I have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
