Profile Description

With a decade of experience supporting various businesses, I bring a wealth of skills and expertise to help you achieve your goals. As an independent agent in the Philippine Intellectual Property (IP) field, I have a solid foundation in handling trademark matters and navigating IP-related processes with accuracy and efficiency.

My strong organizational skills enable me to manage time and deadlines efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments effectively. Combined with my proficiency in technology and sharp attention to detail, I excel at managing complex workflows and ensuring that every step is carefully documented and followed through.

I’m excited to contribute these capabilities to your team—driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and supporting successful outcomes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BACKGROUND

I bring a decade of experience in the legal field, having worked as a legal assistant for law firms in the Philippines, as a trademark paralegal for U.S.-based firms, and currently as an independent trademark agent in the Philippines. My background also includes roles as a technical virtual assistant, trademark paralegal, and lead legal case management assistant, supporting clients in New Zealand, Australia, China, Philippines and USA. Currently.

My responsibilities have encompassed client engagement, application creation, invoicing, and reporting. I possess proficiency in utilizing WIPO, USPTO, IP Australia, IPO Philippines, IP New Zealand, and the MADRID PROTOCOL. Most of my applications have been in trademarks.

For preparing invoices and quotations, I rely on software like Actionstep, Smokeball, Clio, and Xero. I also utilize platforms such as Actionstep, ---------- , Airtable, ClickUp, Trello, Microsoft Planner, Clio, DockeTrak, Dubsado, and Appcoll to monitor pending applications and deadlines. However, I am adaptable to different software preferences or strategies.

My responsibilities include calendar management, conducting comprehensive trademark searches, identifying appropriate classes and descriptions, handling billing tasks, automating documents in Clio, and setting up templates in ---------- . I also provide monthly client status updates, manage the CEO’s inbox, coordinate outgoing calls, and support various ad hoc assignments as needed.

I also handle project-based trademark work, including USPTO filings (excluding substantive responses), comprehensive searches, and class identification—all at competitive rates. I’ve successfully filed many applications, with several already registered.
