Profile Description

I worked as a customer service representative for almost 5 years.  Tasks are mainly resolving customers concerns, answering their queries and making sure that the answers given to them are correct. I have + in handling emails along with phone calls , or handling phone calls along with  chats or pure calls (inbound and or inbound mixed with outbound calls). I have worked with PayPal, Expedia/Travelocity, Walmart and Fingerhut. All accounts are related to sales, order taking, checking of the order status, checking of payment status and processing of payments. I also worked as a part time SEO for 3 months so I have few knowledge in using webmaster tools and WordPress. I also have 2 years of experience as a Dispatch planner in a logistics company located in NZ.
