Profile Description

I am a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration major in Local Governance and had my On-the-job training in the Registry of Deeds, Malaybalay City, Mindanao, Philippines for 6 months. Right before my graduation, I already worked in the BPO Industry while waiting for my graduation rite. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative in Cebu, Philippines for 3 years in 2 different accounts. We were tasked to offer a home improvement service that offers a free consultation which includes living room renovation, kitchen renovation, countertop installation, and the like. I also have a work experience as a Technical Support Representative that handles troubleshooting for mobile phones.  I have taken a Masterclass in Virtual Assistance (MVA Course) and Real Estate Virtual Assistance (REVA Course) in Davao City, Philippines and I am now ready to take challenges and step forward in getting a new job. I believe that my motivation and commitment would ensure that I quickly become a productive and valued member of a team.
