**Sales Support / Operations Support:
• Sales Operations Support – Assisting with product data uploads, pricing and quantity verification, and maintaining accurate product information management systems (e.g., STIBO).

• Custom Inventory Report Preparation – Assisting in the creation and maintenance of inventory availability reports by compiling product availability, pricing, and quantity data for buyer reference.

• Order & Inventory Coordination – Reviewing customer open orders against inventory availability reports to help ensure accurate order processing and minimize discrepancies.

• Buyer & Customer Assistance – Supporting buyer inquiries related to product details, availability, and order status while maintaining organized records and reports.

**Finance & Admin Assistance

Invoicing, Billing & Bookkeeping – Experienced in core QuickBooks Online functions to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records.

Budget & Expense Monitoring – Assist in keeping tabs on monthly budget flows and forecasting

Data Entry & File Organization – Fast, accurate entry with proper labeling for easy reference

**General VA Tasks

Inbox & Calendar Oversight: Keeping your digital life neat and on track (optional based on your workflow).
