Profile Description

I have been a proofreader for more than six years now. I have worked for one of the ESL companies in Cebu, Philippines.  I have also worked for a transcription company remotely for almost two years now. Through my experiences in proofreading, I become competent in delivering quality projects to our clients. I also manage our travel and tours' social media accounts eg. Facebook and Instagram. I was also a customer service consultant in one of the BPO companies in the Philippines. I also assisted customers in opening/closing accounts, as well as aid them to make payments for past dues and placements of disputes. From these, I become proficient in communicating with customers through addressing their queries and resolving complaints if there were any. Then, I have experienced in Amazon product sourcing for Amazon UK. I helped Amazon sellers to find profitable products based on the given KPIs.

Then, I have also worked as an Amazon VA for Amazon UK. Primarily, the work is about the Amazon A-Z process. 

Moreover, I am a proficient Amazon SEO specialist. I have worked as an Amazon SEO/Copywriter. I do keyword research, make a keyword bank and write/rewrite Amazon titles and bullet points using keywords that have the highest search volumes using the software, Helium 10. 

Next, I am an efficient Amazon Account Manager. I have worked on creating new listings, adding and/or making variation listings, solving product listing issues, liaising with Amazon Seller Support, dealing with negative feedbacks, replying to customer reviews, making amazon posts, creating EBC, publishing virtual bundles from brand analytics and FBT items, and many other adhoc tasks.

Additionally, I have experienced in creating and managing Amazon cases for Missing Inbound, Lost, Damaged/Destroyed reimbursement.

As a summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible in terms of the tasks that I will be given. I am also detail-oriented and proficient. I can highly assure you that I will not abandon any task, and you can communicate with me easily. In any case, I am assertive that I can learn fast, so you will not need to train me for a long time. I also find other ways to train myself. I can guarantee that I can easily adapt well to the job that I will be doing. I am a person who is resourceful and requires minimum supervision once hired.
