Profile Description

A bit about myself: I'm currently working as a full-time Technical Project Manager and Accounts Manager in a Singapore-based start-up company. I deal with various enterprises, from SME to government entities. I communicate with internal and external teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as part of my day-to-day activities. 

Team ManagementI have experience managing a team for Wordpress and Laravel projects. I also have basic understanding of AWS, as well as domain and secruity-related issues in Wordpress. One of my strong suits is understanding technical terminologies and able to explain and translate them in a way that our non-technical clients would understand during project pitches and updates.
Business Development and product managementI also have experience in business development, leads generation and product management. As a product manager, it's my role to come up with innovative, user-retaining mobile and web app features through  gamification. As a BDM and leads generation pioneer, it's my responsibility to look for all/any methods that benefits both our company and clients, and to come up with partnership and deals to grow and nurture the relationship.
