I've been in the Recruitment industry for more than 5 years already. I started my working stint in the BPO industry as a Recruitment Associate and then as a Recruitment Specialist. I handled end-to-end Recruitment ranging from different industries (Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Travel, Telecommunications, etc.,). Aside from these industries, I also did handle working in a Financial Services and Digital Assets industry. I was an HR Lead on my 1st freelancing job. I did their manpower hiring and was able to process and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment of candidates across the globe. Aside from that, in my last work stint, I was actually a Search Coordinator, so, my main task is really on focused on heavy sourcing through the use of Xray Sourcing and Boolean Search. My candidates were primarily from US, Europe, and bits and parts of the Middle East as well.
