I am from the Philippines and I have one year of experience as a Help desk in a GDS company(Amadeus), I also had a Certificate of Achievement specialization on the Amadeus System. I am looking for a job that can enhance more of my skills and knowledge. I experienced
as a Booking Specialist and Travel Agent. I have skills of Communication Skills, Probing skills, I'm flexible too with good work ethics. I applied those skills on my knowledge
in calls, email and chat support. I always took care of documents,setting appointments, online research, updating files (or customer), making sure that there is no error in the task that I am doing. I am very efficient, fast learner and always commit 100% of my time to fulfill my task that's why I know I can deliver a fast and quality service.
