Profile Description

IT professional and web manager with over 10 years of experience across IT support, client services, web development, graphic design, social media management, program coordination, and event production.

On the IT side, I have hands-on experience managing incidents through ServiceNow, resolving Outlook and Exchange issues, maintaining knowledge bases, and coordinating with global support teams. I am familiar with Salesforce, Okta, Globys, Webbing, and other enterprise platforms.

For web work, I independently built and manage two organizational websites using WordPress, Elementor, Avada Theme Builder, WooCommerce, and Hostinger — handling layout, design, content, and e-commerce setup from scratch.

I also handle social media management across Instagram, Facebook, and BlueSky, graphic design using Canva, content writing, PR and press work, event coordination, stakeholder relations, and administrative support.

Previously, I have worked with Stefanini Philippines, Concentrix Daksh (Apple account), Teleperformance, Megaworld, and Constantino Foundation, among others.
