About my work history, I did spent many years in the Customer Service Department handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats. I had an experience in the insurance business as a property claims officer and a motor vehicle Upgrade to see actual infot only that, I was able to experience being a copy editor and proof reader, phone operator, travel guru, customer support and Facebook manager, customer success and sales support and lastly becoming a technical team lead VA and Finance advisor.
