I'd worked with Call Center / BPO industry here in Metro Manila, Philippines, for almost 10-years. I had extensive experience in dealing with people all over the world. I took calls while handling chats and emails from customers who need assistance with the product/service I supported. I provide support by answering inquiries, concerns, complaints from customers via phone calls, emails, and chat. I made sure that the issue is resolved promptly and made follow-ups as much as possible to ensure everything is working fine.

As a Customer Service, I learned to develop my interpersonal communication skills such as empathetic and active listening, ownership, patience, clear and effective communication, and a positive attitude to deliver my resolution to the customer effectively. I do pay attention to customer's feedback as I believe that their feedback is critical for improving and enhancing the service and product we provide.

In addition, I had experience managing Short Term Rentals (STR) for years. I handled guest communications via Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, Expedia etc. I do create listings and ensure it is connected with the channel manager such as uplisting, tokeet, guesty, hostaway etc so we can make sure that the calendar is up to date to avoid double bookings which may result in unexpected cancellations. I also coordinate with cleaners and handyman for any requests, cleanliness complaints or last-minute clean. I also process payments through Stripe for bookings made via VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info, expedia and direct bookings. I also create automated messages on Smartbnb and messaging tools. I also became manager in which I handled mostly escalated concerns from guests and resolution center claims for any issues (review removal, conflict with guests and/or damages).
