Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency of English language and grammar
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, outlook)
Applications used: Google drive, Dropbox, VPN, etc.
Typing speed of 65-71 wpm
Experience with BPO sites:
Billing specialsit and Generalist;
