Profile Description

1. Building Shipments: Inputting and organizing shipment details accurately in the TMS.
2. Tracking Shipments: Monitoring and updating the status of shipments throughout the transportation process.
3.Paperwork Management: Ensuring all required paperwork is received and organized before shipment delivery.
4. Communication: Liaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate smooth logistics operations.
5. Communicating with carriers and drivers for status updates.
6.Informing customers about delays, delivery confirmation, or exceptions.
7. Investigating issues like late pickups, delivery problems, or missing paperwork.
8. Reporting shipment statuses to operations or customer service teams.
?Experience:
1. Previous experienced in freight brokerage or logistics.
2. TMS Skills: Proficient in using Transportation Management Systems for shipment management. (TAI Cloud)
3.Freight Broker Assistant – coordinates with carriers and customers to ensure loads are picked up and delivered properly.
4. Operations Coordinator – supports daily logistics operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment updates.
5. ?Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate shipment documentation.
6. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
