I was an Account Manager in a Real Estate Firm, handling people who’s doing
cold calling. I was a Center Relationship Manager/Team Manager for a US Health
Insurance Campaign, it’s a lead generation account, wherein we pre qualify  senior citizens who aged 65 and up for
Medicare and Medicaid purposes and endorse agents and centers to dial with the
account. I was also a Customer Service/Telemarketer rep for how many years,
then got promoted to a Supervisor and became a Cluster Manager. I worked as an EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT / PROJECT MANAGER / RECRUITER with a US based campaign who handles
individual home based teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and call center applications. Handled the
CEO's email with the high clients, manage the CEO's scheduled appointments,
communicate with the CEO's staffs, I do the "RECRUITMENT" (do
interviews, gave applicants exams and do call simulations) ,
"TRAINING" (do product training, gave trainees assessments and do
mock calls), "REVIEWING CALL - QA ANALYST, (manage to reach quotas,
communicate feedback effectively and provide Action Plans and be able to handle
outliers given a set of performance glide paths to ensure everything is in
place) and "MANAGING" the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (monitoring their scores per
day, checking their quality scores, monitoring their attendance every day and
checking their productivity per day), all at the same time. I applied for this
