-Responsible in determining the root cause of the delay of shipment on different warehouses assigned to.
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly reports involving the progress report of different warehouses, citing problems occurred during that span and reports unusual i ---------- that may contribute to order delays.
- Act as a contact person for the Logistics team(SPD carriers) , the Warehouse team, the Demands team and the clients with regards to order fulfillment.
- Conduct and help the Training officer to do refresher training to ensure smooth process flow.
- Make sure that escalations from the customers are properly addressed and formulate ways to have it solved. Storing the data afterwards so that he may present it again if similar i ---------- arises.
- Coordinate with various couriers regarding the whereabouts of parcels
-Informing customers of updates from couriers via email using Zendesk.
