coordinating transactions
Oversee insurance renewals (fire & comprehensive) for company and personal assets
Coordinate construction and repair projects end-to-end with Engineering Department
(inspection, billing, contractor management)
Monitor and ensure timely Real Property Tax payments and compliance requirements
Handle financial administration: check preparation, billing validation, and payment tracking
Manage executive personal affairs including credit cards, utilities, and household payroll
Process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for household employees
Lead recruitment and onboarding for personal staff (drivers, household employees)
Arrange international and local travel (flights, hotels, visas, transport) with cost optimization
Lead annual Christmas Giveaway Project for 2,000+ beneficiaries (planning, coordination,
execution)
Record board meeting minutes and track action items
