Profile Description

I worked as a Technical Support and Customer Service representative for about 8 years. I’ve worked for a VoIP company, a renowned Fortune 500 bank, and as a Remote Desktop Specialist (Geek Squad Agent). I have good communication skills and am proficient in both writing and speaking in the English language. I also possess a fine combination of troubleshooting/problem-solving and soft skills developed through years of handling both technical issues and billing concerns. I was a Tier 2 agent for most of my technical support experience.

I have ample knowledge about computers both hardware and software, peripherals, printers, and also telephony and networking. As an IT graduate, I have a strong grasp of programming concepts. I was the Project Manager and the Technical Writer for our Capstone Project. I can work in a multicultural environment, am a fast learner, have a good work ethic, can work with little to no supervision but at the same time am a team player, and most of all my strength lies in being able to adapt and adjust on any given situation and to integrate my job into my lifestyle to give it the attention and focus it needs. These are the reasons why I consider myself suitable if not perfect for online jobs, remote work, and freelancing.

For the past 4 years, I have worked as a screenwriter/scriptwriter and content writer. Together with my production team in Kuzuma Studios which I'm a founder of, I've worked on music videos, corporate AVPs, marketing videos, commercials, and short films. I am a storyteller at heart, a musician (songwriter), and an avid enthusiast of cinema. I also have experience working on an animation project as a lead writer.

I also do Lead Generation. I am currently managing a local Artist/Musician helping him build his career through Social Media, expanding his digital presence, and conceptualizing and executing video content or ideas for his YouTube Channel. The said musician is also my songwriting partner as we work together to compose songs/jingles of any genre for clients.
