I worked in the BPO industry for 10 years as a customer care representative. I am good in assisting customers doing online purchases, bill analysis, troubleshooting and soft selling. I am best in providing quality customer care support. I also worked as a sales representative, doing lead generation, live demos and cold calling.

I am a freelancer for almost four years now. I have three years experience as an amazon sourcing agent for three clients two based in UK and the other in CA. I helped them with their stores in amazon USA. I do product listing, customer support and order processing. I have two years experience in Walmart dropshipping.
