I have extensive experience reviewing medical documentation, including orders, certifications, and care plans, verifying consistency with patient diagnoses, ensuring proper signatures, and supporting timely processing. My background in QA has strengthened my attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
In addition, I am proficient in EMR systems such as DSL, Kinnser, and HospiceMD, with working knowledge of coding and PDGM billing requirements.
