Profile Description

I have been in a BPO industry for 14+ years now. For two years, I was a Customer Service Agent supporting both phone and email correspondence. My tasks were assisting cardholders in approving and managing their accounts. I am currently holding the position of
Senior Team Lead that helps develop, train and motivate my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. I ensure that my teaUpgrade to see actual infoets the goal set by the client and the company on a daily basis. I also maintain a direct and good communication with our client in managing the program, give recommendations to improve the service and help resolve any issue that arise. As a Team Lead, I handle customer's escalated issue and make judgment call to help resolve their issues in a timely manner.
I have strong exposure to basic Excel, Word and Powerpoint. I can efficiently communicate both written and verbal. I am willing to undergo training and learn any tasks given to me. I will always strive hard to meet my targets and handle a high pressure environment.
My sole purpose of getting an online job is to explore new tasks and seeking to leverage my interpersonal skills to bring a great customer service perspective as a CSR.
