Profile Description

I am connected in a BPO Company for almost 15 years working as a Technical and Customer Service Representative as well as long years as Project Manager and Operation Coordinator.  I've done some article writing before as a blogger and I am very familiar with Excel, FTP, MS Word , MS Outlook. I am very well versed with technical stuff about internet and had exposures with different OS like Microsoft and Linux.
I can work with less supervision and accepts constructive criticism. My long experience in a BPO company shows how loyal and dedicated I am to my job.  I was recently promoted as Operations Supervisor for a Technical Team in the same Upgrade to see actual info was indeed a hard position to take but it was really challenging my qualities. However, I intend to take a more challenging role that fits my experiences and to be well compensated according to my capabilities.
