II. ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
E-commerce stores struggle when systems are disorganized, and execution is inconsistent. I step in to create structure, improve workflows, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
I take ownership of backend operations and customer-facing processes so the store performs consistently and professionally.
