Hi!
My name is Upgrade to see actual info, an all-around Virtual Assistant specializing in Customer Support and Research.
I have extensive experience with admin assistance, customer service, tech support, and research which I have accumulated for 12+ years in the BPO industry and in Upgrade to see actual info the BPO, I have been a sales support agent for a US computer company (Dell) for 3 years, then a tech support agent for SAP-Successfactors, and a reports analyst for a UK company (Virgin Media and Mobile).
I discovered Upwork (previously oDesk) in 2011 and had 20+ clients until 2016. Then, I was hired outside of it as a client support manager for a travel management app handling customer/tech support, app quality analysis, admin tasks, research, and data entry.
Being a Virtual Assistant gives me a sense of fulfillment as I am able to help my clients and the Upgrade to see actual info makes me overjoyed whenever I get to resolve an issue, complete my work with no errors, or just to hear that they are satisfied with my assistance.
