I am advanced at customer service having 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Associate. I handle customer complaints and other issues through phone calls, emails, and chats. My experience in eBay, a famous online shopping store, enhanced my capabilities in handling different cases in the Buying department wherein we assist clients with their orders, account registration, account issues, and anything regarding purchasing an item. I can also write articles depending on the topic given. 

I have a great experience as a Customer Service Experience with Ooni Pizza Ovens, a world-class company that makes and sells pizza ovens. I handle order chases, cancellations, replacements, and general inquiries via email and chat.

I have various knowledge using Shopify, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Kustomer App, as I have worked with great companies as an Email Support. We also use different WMS in tracking orders.
