I started working when I was a teen. I have handled a lot of accounts. Billing, Technical, and Collections. I have handled it all through emails, phone (outbound and inbound), and chats. I experienced a lot of irate and toxic customers and I know very well to handle pressure and stress.My proven skills are as follows:- Typing skills of 65 wpm- Accurately copy data from one spreadsheet to other applications- Hardcore troubleshooting procedure- Keen on comparing data from sources- Thorough understanding of data confidentiality issue- Keen to details and information.-The proficient and good communicator in the English language.- Tech Savvy   I am flexible concerning working hours. My prime responsibility not only concerns deadlines but also the quality of work that I can deliver.
