Profile Description

I have been working from home as a virtual assistant at a real estate & property management firm for almost six years now. I have also worked in the BPO industry for over a decade. 

Throughout the different leadership roles I have handled, the most common and primary responsibility was performance management in order to consistently meet and exceed project-specific KPIs for business growth and sustainability. This role, much like any other management role, involved a significant number of administrative tasks. Also, throughout the years of my experience as a Supervisor, and most especially as a Business Analyst, I have worked on RCAs and other forms of analysis aimed at improving quality, proficiency, processes, and even business policies. In order to achieve these goals, my other responsibilities included, but were not limited to, coaching and providing feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, preparing & discussing performance reviews, issuing corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) if necessary, creating and updating process documentation, standards, and procedures, presenting reports, and collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, other managers, and project stakeholders.
