I am a well-trained Bookkeeper both locally and virtually using QuickBooks Online. I have my recent certificates for my training at QuickBooks Online both Pro and Advance.

I have wide experience in Customer Service Tasks which include responding to messages/inquiries and handling customer issues and complaints, monitoring & responding to reviews, handling & monitoring feedback, and converting positive feedback to reviews, and in Sales Accounts, issuing refunds/replacements.
