Profile Description

I worked as Media Production Coordinator. Assisting the company's day to day Upgrade to see actual infoaling with our clients from Real Estate companies providing them with Real Estate photography, creative video production, corporate videos and music video. I monitor the uploading of media (photos and videos) coming from our editors which needs to release to our clients. Managing and organizing calendar schedules. Managing email and chat. 

Also in E-commerce as Customer Support. Doing refunds through our Finance Department. I am also responsible for scheduling the pick up of the returning items. 
I have knowledge using Trello as application tool. Salesforce and Zendesk for platform
