Profile Description

I've been with the credit repair industry for more than 2 years now. What I do mainly as a Credit Repair Specialist starts from onboarding, credit analysis, rounds of dispute, making follow up with clients if they received anything from the credit bureaus and updating them on what's the status of their files, pulling credit reports once round of disputes has been completed and then do an audit by comparing report before the disputes and the report after the disputes. 
I worked in the BPO industry for 8 years. Prior to that, I've handled administrative jobs for almost 10 years. During my administrative job years, I create presentation using PowerPoint, I handled emails, file keeping, typing, encoding, minutes of minute, hotel reservation etc... With BPO, I've handled several accounts from telephone company to technical account, to healthcare account to helping consumer's understanding their credit score. I am good at multi-tasking. I've handled some back-office tasks as well, from answering email down to mail by post and fax from the customers. I am also knowledgeable with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets). I am the one creating presentation for my Boss.  I am the one setting up for appointment, making follow up and confirmation about it and re-scheduling in case that an unforeseen event happens. When I am on a call with my client, I'm the one taking down notes, creating recap and sending copy of it both to my Boss and his client/s. I am the one managing his calendar, making sure that no appointment will overlap with other appointments, blocking his time making sure that he can do all his personal matters.
