Profile Description

Customer service is in my nature, and I have been doing it for a while. Now I have experience in the dental field, which has enhanced more of my skills. I do both inbound & outbound phone support to book, confirm & assist patients to see their dentist at a certain date and time. I am familiar with dental terminology, so I can adjust easily to external and internal communication. I also worked in a Back office for Data Entry & financial account investigation. The good thing about it, I enjoy doing hard work in both fields, and I am an expert in it. I am an optimistic person, and I never consider negative things as a problem but rather as a challenge. Surpassing the expectations of clients and maintaining the quality of the service is what I always want to do. Stability is one of my goals, and continuously learning in a company where I can provide my best is my number one target. I am proud if I see that I can contribute to a certain firm, job, etc.
